Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Remote Recruiter and Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent while contributing to the company's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The position is 100% Remote and using Hubstaff is important as a tool that helps with productivity by capturing screenshots.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (social media, databases, referrals, etc.).
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain an active talent pipeline and build long-term relationships with candidates.

Business Development:

Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities.
Develop strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals.
Attend events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

Requirements:

Availability to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Available to start inmediately
Experience in recruitment and/or business development.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Proactive mindset with a focus on growth.
